The Difference Between Stainless Steel LOGO Signs And Aluminum Signs
Feb 04, 2022
1. Features of stainless steel material:
(1) Production of stainless steel LOGO signs; stainless steel signs generally use 201, 202, 304 stainless steel, and the production process includes corrosion (also called "etching"), engraving, laser, silk screen, etc. Under the conditions of exquisite modern surface style and extremely high precision requirements, the production of stainless steel signs is most commonly used in the etching process.
(2) Stable chemical reaction structure; stainless steel has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, etc. Affected by its chemical structure, its chemical structure is stable compared to aluminum material. Under the same conditions and environment, stainless steel Oxidation rust deformation is not easy to occur. Therefore, many users who are exposed to rain or wet, cold and high temperature outdoors for a long time and those who need to keep the signs bright and not deformed for a long time choose to use stainless steel materials. In short, the biggest feature of stainless steel signs is that they are durable and not easy to deform.
2. Features of aluminum signage
In the production process, the production of aluminum signs is much simpler and more convenient than the production of stainless steel signs. It only needs to be produced by electrolyzing aluminum and cryolite. Compared with stainless steel, aluminum has a much lower density. Therefore, compared with the weight of aluminum signs, aluminum signs are lighter than stainless steel signs. The chemical structure of aluminum material is not very stable, and its anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation ability is weak. Because of its low chemical structure density and light weight, aluminum signs are easily deformed during use.
