Acrylic sign refers to a customized product composed of acrylic board, adhesive, acrylic font, luminous tube and other original parts, serving enterprises and institutions, major shopping malls, schools, hospitals, scenic spots, public buildings and other units. Compared with general signs, acrylic signs have the characteristics of beauty, dazzling and strong visibility beyond the raw materials. Acrylic sheets have been widely used in large-area sign stores because of their own aura. However, acrylic is fragile and prone to conflict and scratches, which makes the later maintenance of acrylic more important.
1. Compared with the monotony and ruthlessness of the text, acrylic has a stronger sense of vision: the colors are bright, and the visual impact reaches the peak of the logo profession;
2. Durability: The maintenance of the built-in light source is outstanding, which can prolong the service life of the acrylic sign light source product; the extension of the life of the internal building directly leads to the preservation and quality assurance of the external form;
3. Plasticity: Acrylic conforms to the manufacturing process of new technology and new equipment. It is also a plastic for wood, stone and metal signs;
4. Light transmittance: The light transmittance makes the marking of the acrylic base plate clear, the light transmittance is as high as 90%, the light transmittance is excellent, and the lines are softer;
5. Flame retardancy: It will not spontaneously ignite and has self-extinguishing properties, which are incomparable functional characteristics of other sign materials;
6. Energy saving: In addition to the good light transmission function, the light source is also reduced accordingly, saving electricity and reducing operating costs; this is the business's favorite acrylic signature work.
